We reserve the right to cancel a service under the following circumstances: The client fails to provide necessary information, approvals, or cooperation. The client’s business engages in unethical, illegal, or prohibited activities. Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. In such cases, the client will be notified, and services will be discontinued. All payments made to Balat Media are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a client decides to discontinue the service before completion, they will not be eligible for a refund or any form of compensation. Any setup costs, ad spend, or third-party expenses incurred are non-refundable. Clients may request modifications to the services within the agreed terms.
